What is the product made of?

We used high quality neoprene because of highly durable and water resistant.  We guarantee the product for 1 year.

Will it stay on my bottle?

Yes, we spent a year perfecting the design to fit a vast array of bottles while also staying securely on water bottle.    We have applied for 2 patents based on our cutting-edge design, the mix of neoprene and elastic materials as well adhesive “dots” on the inside of the sleeve to keep all your belongings secure on a water bottle. 

How do I make sure that I order the correct size?   

There are a vast array of sizes and shapes of bottles on the market.  The good news is, we currently have 2 sizes that fit approximately 80% of the water bottles that you will find.   The medium size generally fits 24–30-ounce bottles and the large size is geared toward covering 30–40-ounce bottles.  Please check our detailed sizing chart on the product page to get more precise information for selecting the best size for your water bottle.

Can I change and order that already placed?

To change an order after you had completed checkout, just reach out to us via email using the CONTACT US section of our website and we will assist you.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major payment options include Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.  Google Pay, Shop Pay etc.

What is your return policy?

We are extremely confident that you will love our product, but in the event you don’t, just email us using the CONTACT US section of our website and we will either send you a replacement product or provide you a free shipping return label.  We do not charge anything for returns and we have a 1-year return policy.

What are my shipping options?

We offer a mix of regular and expediting shipping options with reputable carriers.  Often times shipping is free based on size of orders or promotions that may be running.

How long does it take to receive my product?

We strive to ship out all of our products the same day that we receive your order.   We chose to locate our main warehouse in Columbus Ohio so that we can generally reach most customers in 3 to 5 days and often sooner.

What if I have problems with my delivery (i.e doesn’t arrive, wrong item, damaged etc)?

Simply email us using the CONTACT US section of the website and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.  We are committed to providing outstanding customer service.
